Lesbian Herstory Archives
The Lesbian Herstory Archives is a volunteer-run archive, museum, and community center housing one of the world's largest collections of records by and about lesbians and their communities, distinguished as the first individual Brooklyn landmark designated by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission for its LGBTQ+ significance and located in a converted Renaissance Revival rowhouse in Park Slope, Brooklyn—not the Lower East Side.
